Nature’s Touch is a club established by high school students in Hanoi with the purpose of assisting children infected with HIV. We provide both material support (covering treatment costs, educational supplies, clothing, etc.) and emotional support (skills classes, summer camps, etc.) to help HIV-infected children have the opportunity to live and develop on an equal footing with other children, making them feel less disadvantaged.

The Center for Addiction Rehabilitation No. 2 in Yen Bai commune, Ba Vi district (Hanoi) is a home where over 56 unfortunate children living with HIV are sheltered and cared for. These children live in a closed environment with limited external contact, but they are still provided with the opportunity to receive a complete basic education. Furthermore, their second parents make efforts to help them acquire additional skills at the center, such as computer literacy, sports, and more. However, it’s truly challenging to fully compensate for the disadvantages that these young ones face.

We visited and organized a small summer camp with various fun activities and educational lessons for the children to participate in. I guided them in learning mathematics and how to manage expenses so that, when they reach 18 years old, they can independently manage their lives effectively. Additionally, we also gave them some small gifts, such as everyday items like clothing and shoes, hoping that these children will bloom brightly like flowers, regardless of their special circumstances and difficulties.
